Hi‐Tech Winding Systems Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956 in the states of Gujarat. It was subsequently converted into public limited company by passing special resolution in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September, 9, 1995 and obtained certificate from ROC on October 6, 1995 and its name changed to HI – Tech Windings System Limited.
Later on slowly and gradually company has started its business.
To carry on the Business as winders, manufacturers, dealers , importers, exporters, stockists, agents, contractors, distributors, buyers, sellers, processors, or users of paper cones, tubes, containers, cans, drums, bags, boxes, wrappers, films, sheets, laminates and packing materials made of paper, color paper, card board, corrugated sheet, pulp, P.V.C.
To manufacturing, winding, and processing of articles in which plup, paper or board of any standard, sub‐ standard in any form is used and their allied products arising from the manufacture winding and process of any kind of paper cones, tubes, containers, cans, drums, bags, boxes, wrappers, films, sheets, laminates and packing materials.
